BIBLIA CHORA
Biblinos Oenos Rosé
Tasting Notes
The wine has a bright pomegranate colour. On the nose, the aromas of red fruits emerge with notes of citrus and gooseberry flowers. It’s rich, fresh, with a great structure and excellent balance of sweetness and acidity. Its fruity character is dominant and it gives the wine an intense aftertaste.
Food Pairing
Lobster, seared salmon, duck and delicately cooked rare lamb.

Situated on the southern slopes of Mount Pangeon in Kavala, 100km east of Thessaloniki. In 1998, the ideal soil and climatic conditions caught the attention of winemakers Vassilis Tsaktsarlis and Vangelis Gerovassiliou. They were inspired to create this privately owned vineyard which today encompasses 65 hectares at an altitude of 380 meters above sea level, drawing the eye to the Aegean Sea in the distance.
